* We are not pet friendly - however if you must - a pet charge of $75 is mandatory!
* ADD $500 Security Deposit, $425 Refund, $75 Clean-Up Fee.
* Email or call for reservation. If available send 50% deposit.
* Send 50% of rent (Cashier's Check) to owner within one week after making reservation.
* Remainder of 50% rent plus security deposit must be received one week before arrival if by Cashiers Check otherwise amount must be paid in cash upon arrival; Inspection before and after occupancy mandatory.
