St Pete Beach Cottage Summary

Come escape to a tropical paradise at Sea Shell Cottage! This refreshing cottage property is located within the popular 'arts district' of the quiet beach community of Gulfport and is just 700 feet to Gulfport Beach! Furnished with an island flair it has everything you need for a great vacation getaway! The cottage complex is comprised of two units: one main front cottage (main house) and one small rear apartment (bunk house). Both units are included in the rental price! Each unit is fully furnished and has their own kitchen and bath with shower(no tub). Property is very private. Bunk house can only be rented w/ Main house rental. Soak away all your stress in our bubbly hot tub under the stars within our tropical backyard garden, dine at one of the eclectic eateries on the boulevard , window shop the galleries, have a night cap at one of the local beach bars or stroll to the pier to catch the sunset. Everything is within walking distance from our adorable beach cottage!

Our cottage is 700 feet from beautiful Gulfport Beach and one street over from the heart of the popular waterfront district of Gulfport! There is also a fishing pier, public boat dock facility, marina, children's playground, basketball courts, beach volleyball area and picnic & grilling areas. Gulfport usually has live music on Beach Blvd almost every night of the week. We also have an Art Walk that happens every First Friday & third Saturday of the month where the streets come alive with music, art & boutique vendors!
