- Pool heat an extra $25 a day tax plus 12% tax . Usually only needed from Nov - March,. Cleaning - $85 a week plus 12% tax. No cleaning charged if stay is 2 weeks or more. March 1 - March 31 $750 a week $115 weekend night $110 week night. Dec. 17- Jan 2 $750 week $130 weekend $125 weekday
