Luquillo Condo Summary
Located on the 4th floor of 22 story condo. Directly on the beach. Watch the amazing sunrise from the 27 foot balcony that faces Playa Azul Beach and is accessible from the living/ dining room and bedroom. Walking distance to the Famous Luqillo Beach, restaurants, stores and supermarket. El Yunque Rain Forest is 15 min away. Drive 15 min in the opposite direction and you will find the world famous Conquistador hotel, casino and Red Door spa. Also in this area is the marina with the ferry to the islands of Culebras and Viejiques as well as boats that will take you to the many cays and small islands to scuba and snorkel. The condo has two televisions, one in the master bedroom and another in the living room. Also has two CD, DVD and VHS players. As well as a stereo and Internet access. Master bedroom has two pillow top queen size beds, second bedroom has two pillow topped twin beds. Living room has a full size futon and there is a fold up twin bed in the closet of the second bedroom.

To the left you are within walking distance of the world famous Luquillo Beach where you can view el Yunque, the Tropical rain forest as you bath in the warm tranquil azul waters. To the right you can walk to the unspoiled 'La Selba' beach.You can ride horses, either through the forest or on the beach. Play golf, several golf courses are nearby. Like to gamble? El Conquistador Hotel, Casino and Red Door Spa are minuets away.

The condos Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking necessities and beautiful sea shell and fish dishes. It has a front loading washer and dryer. The condo also has two televisions,and two DVD/VHS players , one in the living room and one in the master bedroom as well as a large video library with adult and children's videos and DVDs. In addition the condo has coolers, a picnic backpack, beach chairs,boogie boards, and beach toys and floats. There is a hammock that can be taken to the beach. There are children's games, such as Connect Four, Monopoly, Uno, Sorry, etc. and puzzles in the closet.There is a also a collection of paperback books for adults and children.
