Luquillo Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Week $875.( each additional night is $140.00) Month $3000. 3 night min.
- $875.00 for the week, each additional night is $140.00 and a $3,000.00 special monthly rate.There is a $300.00 damage/ security deposit which is returned in full once all the keys have been returned and the condo has been inspected. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee, but if the condo is left in extreme dirty conditions (sand all over floor, dirty dishes etc. additional cleaning fees will be subtracted from the security deposit. Please note there is a parking permit fee of $20.00 that is paid directly to the security guard at the entrance gate and has nothing to do with the rental fees. The parking permit is good for the duration of your stay.
