Brooklyn Townhome Details
HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM: Please email me and let me know how many Rooms you want to reserve. I will calculate your total amount due. Zen requires ½ payment deposit to reserve your Room. Once you have indicated that you want to reserve the Room, I will send you a Paypal request for the ½ deposit. The other ½ payment is due, in cash, when you arrive at Zen.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You will receive a full refund if you cancel within seven days' after the deposit has been paid to reserve the Room(s). If your cancellation exceeds beyond the seven days' notice, you will receive a refund if we are able to re-book your room for the time period cancelled. Of course, we will do our best to re-book the Room.
