This pristine summer home directly on the beach in Brewster is meticulously maintained and tastefully furnished throughout. One of the lower Cape's premier vacation homes, it has rented only two weeks in previous years. In 2009 more weeks will be available. Main living space takes full advantage of the sweeping views of the beach and Bay, including sliders to full expansive deck where you'll spend most of your time. Fully equipped, charming eat-in kitchen. MBR suite on main level has queen bed and private bath with vanity, shower and separate tub. Living room with fireplace also features large, flat screen HD TV/home theater. Upstairs, two large, beautifully decorated and furnished bedrooms have twins and a queen, respectively. Lower level has two comfortable convertible queens plus another full bath. Wake up and walk out to the beach! High-speed wireless Internet, large grill with gas line feed.
