Folly Field Villa Summary
This beautifully decorated villa overlooks pristine saltwater marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. You will enjoy breathtaking, panoramic ocean and marsh views from your private balcony. Wildlife abounds in the lagoon that is also right outside your balcony. You may see river otters, turtles, egrets and pelicans, among other fascinating creatures. The villa has been completely renovated--it is perfectly appointed and has been decorated with an eye for design and an attention to detail. It includes maple floors and cabinets and Italian ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths. We have a wonderful Resort property with lots of amenities, including 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), beach access via private boardwalk, hot tub, steam room, sauna, kiddie pool, tennis courts (no additional fees), poolside restaurant/convenience store, and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach! Come enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer!

We are located mid-Island, just north of Palmetto Dunes, along Singleton Beach. We are near great shopping, dining, golf, and all that Hilton Head has to offer! You can walk to the sandy beach on beautiful Atlantic Ocean via the Resort's private boardwalk. Bike trails begin at the front of our Resort and go all over the Island. There are three pools on property, including an indoor heated one. On property, you will also find 6 tennis courts (no additional fees), a hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, fitness equipment, indoor running track, and kiddie pool. Other amenities include a poolside restaurant/convenience store and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, as well as many golf courses and a miniature golf course!

Cable includes 7 HBO channels.There are 2 TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. You can dial up from the villa. Wireless internet may also be available from the villa. It is free in the bldg 3 common area & at the Beach Cabana located at the end of the boardwalk (Coco's on the Beach). You can also get it from The Island Grill and Deli, located poolside. They also have computers with high speed internet available to use for a fee. A restaurant offering free WiFi is The Atlanta Bread Company. There are 3 shared pools on Resort property, including an indoor heated one which is nice in case of rain. The hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness equipment, running track, and kiddie pool are in the same building as the indoor pool. Other shared amenities include 6 tennis courts, a racquetball court, and grills. We accept credit cards via PayPal for a 3% processing fee. You will receive a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towel, soaps, dish detergent, and laundry soap.
