The home features an open floor plan with incredible custom features which includes heart pine floors, large covered front and back porches, in ground pool, gourmet kitchen & a flat screen TV/DVD in the living room and Master bedrooms. First floor has a large open living area with gas fireplace that opens onto the porch and has a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The first bedroom with private bath and Powder Room is on this level as well. The master suite on the second floor has a large soaking tub, walk in shower, and double bowl vanity. Guests can also enjoy a private pool and plenty of room for entertaining. There is an ocean view from the third floor balcony and the beach is an easy walk with a beach shower awaiting your return.
