Balance of Rent is due upon arrival as well as Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be refunded upon Check-out Inspection. We accept Cash, Money Order and Travelers Checks. Initial Deposit may be made via Personal Check if there is ample time to clear at bank before your arrival.
For Weddings and Special Events, a separate contract is required outlining the package accepted. Depending on the total cost of package, a payment plan will be offered. References are available. There is also a combination washing machine/dryer in an ample closet. We also have a full pool house bathroom beautifully decorated with a Underwater Theme. There is also an Outdoor Shower for your convenience to rinse off when returning from the beach.
