Cancellation within 45 days prior to check-in, Rent and Security Deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for early departure. Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is not permitted in unit, on entry or patio. No Pets allowed.
Security deposit is refundable, if all condo items are left intact and in good condition. Lost Keys $75.00 each, HOA Key $125 replacement cost will be charged. Rates Subject to change.
