Ko Olina Condo Summary
Located in the beautiful Ko Olina Resort overlooking garden green belt close to pool area. This condo was professionally decorated in a Tommy Bahama Island Style. Entry and Kitchen and Bathrooms have real stone flooring. Kitchen all stainless & all upgraded appliances. White Plantation Shutters throughout, including large sliders that lead out to both Lanai's. Living area is very spacious with a large sectional sofa, Large TV, beautiful Island Style Art pieces and Rattan Dining Table with four chairs, and a walk up Breakfast Bar with Bar Stools. Large Lanai off Living Area, w/ Dining Table & Chairs that seats six, overlooking a lush green belt area. Den is right off the Living Area w/ TV and a fold down sofa bed that converts to 3rd Bedroom or an Office. Master Bedroom very private and shuts off from rest of unit. Has it's own Bathroom, Closet Safe and French Door opening to Lg Lanai. 2nd Bedroom is at the other end of condo with sliding door opening to small Lanai.

Ko Olina Resort is located on the Leeward side of Oahu Island, considered the dryer part that gets very little rain. The Resort has a JW Marriott Hotel called the 'Ihilani Resort & Spa' considered one of Marriott's 'Luxury' properties, and two Marriott Time Share Hotels with a third completed by early 2008. There are four spectacular Lagoons on the property, with white sand beaches and lush green grass, and a lovely 'Walking Path' that winds around the property, great for your morning exercise or a stroll in the evening from hotel to hotel. Many wonderful restaurants that include; Roy's famous five-star Hawaiian Cuisine & Marriot's Ihilani Hotel has the elegant five-star 'Azul' Restaurant and several more casual restaurants . The Marriott Time Share just opened a Chuck's Steak House that has a wonderful open air island style and also several casual cafes.

- Master Bathroom is decorated with a beautiful Tropical Wallpaper with soft green bamboo print on off-white background. The Console has two large sinks and two small shuttered windows that you can open up to the soft tropical breezes. There is a spacious Tiled Shower that is glass enclosed, and the extra privacy of a separate Toilet Closet with door and his it's own window. Large and extra absorbent towels are in a Leafy Green color with matching rugs. A second smaller Bathroom is right outside the 2nd Bedroom. This was also papered in a Tropical Print and has a nice size Tiled Shower, one Sink and it's own window that gives it a nice bright and sunny look. Lots of soft and fluffy Towels with matching Rug. Both Bathrooms have Travertine Stone Floors.

- Master Suite is very private and closes off from rest of unit. A plush top firm Queen Bed. Bedroom Furniture is Tommy Bahama style in cherry wood. We just put in a brand new 32-in Flat-Screen Television. The Bathroom is decorated in a beautiful tropical soft green bamboo Wall Paper, and has a large sized Tiled Shower that is glass enclosed. There are two sinks and a separate Toilet Room with door. Large shutter door closet with your own private safe.

The Coconut Plantation is a Gated Community within the gates of the Ko Olina Resort. You cannot enter the property without a special fob and is patrolled through the night. Our unit is equipped with High Speed Internet and Wireless Adapter. There are three TV's with Cable Service. We have beautiful extra large Rattan Fans in every room along with air conditioning throughout unit. Our gated community has two pools, one is considered the Main Pool and has a special area with a Sand Bottom for children. The other pool is just steps away from our condo and has it's own BB Q's, Tables & Chairs and Lounge Chairs. There is also a Jacuzzi, Whirlpool which is great to have so close by. We furnish all the Linens, which includes Bedding, Bath and Beach Towels & Basic Cleaning Supplies. Our Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could need to cook with standard size Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher and large sized Washer & Dryer.
