Home Details: This custom, brand new luxury home is located in Blue River at the end of a private, wooded driveway that opens onto beautiful, spacious property, totally surrounded by mountains and forest on 3 acres. Quandry Peak overlooks the property from the south. This home features custom granite counter tops, a large front deck with gas grill, floor-to-ceiling windows, with solar window coverings in the living room and kitchen, with fabulous mountain and forest views. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace and a 56' flat screen TV. The large dining area has slate floors with a table that seats 10. The entire house has radiant heated floors. The large family room is downstairs with a game table, TV and wet bar .
Bedding Arrangements: The master bedroom features a king-size bed and small private deck. The master bath has a jetted jacuzzi tub and granite counter tops. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size suite with TV, and a loft sitting area with computer desk and complimentary WIFI internet service. It also has a private bath. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two Captain's bunks (full bed bottom and twin on top) and a shared bath between.
