This lovely 2nd floor condo is ideally situated between fabulous Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Recreation and Wildlife Preserve, and the inland waterway manatee sanctuary and private yacht basin. Located in a tranquil gated community, our condo is beautifully furnished and fully equipped; just bring your swim suit, golf clubs and fishing gear. You will be steps from the beach, pool or park and a short walk to beach bars and fine dining. Both the bedroom and living area open to the large screened lanai overlooking the private marina. The entire unit is tiled and recently renovated. The spacious living area has two over-sized leather reclining chairs, sleeper sofa, end tables, bookcase, desk, TV w cable, CD player and VCR. The tiled lanai has two ceiling fans, comfortable chairs, ottomans, table and hammock. Relax and dine while enjoying the tropical breeze through the palms as you watch for dolphin and manatee in the yacht basin.

Additional Amenities: The roomy kitchen includes dishes and cookware, wine and champagne glasses, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, disposal and food storage containers. There is a pass-thru to the dining area. The condos have separate storage units fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and floats. There are separate laundry rooms on each floor with washer, drier and utility sink.

Our Building: All available units are in the same lovely 8 story building. There is a property manager and maintenance crew on premises Mon-Fri and available off-hours for emergencies. The guests are friendly regulars who know and love this area, and are ready with information on just about everything. There is a 1st floor party room available for all guests. Weekly card games and morning coffee gatherings make it easy to choose between meeting new friends or enjoying your privacy. This beautifully landscaped, gated community is located at the intersection of Gulf Shore Drive and Imokalee Road. The sparkling blue waters of the private pool are just steps away from the building. Lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, BBQ area and bathrooms are provided.
