Casa Grande House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $300 Security Deposit. $100 Cleaning Fee. If a written cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, full deposit shall be refunded. For written cancellation less than 60 days from arrival date, the security deposit shall be refunded on a prorated basis. For example, cancellation at 30 days from arrival date, only $250 would be refunded. The $400 deposit and cleaning fee is expected at time of booking. For rentals 30 days or less, the whole amount of the rental is expected no less than 14 business days prior to arrival date unless other arrangements are agreed upon. $10/person/night extra for more than 2 people.
