Bearhaven is located in the Big Canoe gated mountain resort. The home backs up to a natural forest, see many of the deer, raccoon, bears and more. The master bath has jacuzzi tub and separate shower, screened porch and large closets. The family room has a stacked stone fireplace, LCD TV and bar set ups . The kitchen table seats 6 along with a 3 person sit down bar, there is also a deck with table and chairs for dining outside.. Downstairs is another TV/sitting area in addition to a gaming area that has a full size pool table and air hockey game. There is a screened porch with stone floor. The upstairs has a study, large bedroom and large bath. There is a waterfall and nature trails within walking distance. This home is fully furnished with upgraded linens pillows and mattresses..

Golf and amenities: All amenities including golf are a fee per day usage. There are 3 separate 9 hole courses with golf carts. Tennis courts include both clay and hard court. Swimming includes indoor and outdoor (in season). Fitness center includes all upscale machines and scheduled classes.
