This lovely home is within 30 minutes drive to over 10 internationally known winter ski resorts, as well as, over 12 Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Robert Trent Jones summer golf courses. Ice skating all year is as close as Northstar at Lake Tahoe, just 5 miles away or at Squaw Valley just over 15 miles. Equestrian trails (along with horses and trail guides) or mountain biking (from easy to extreme) are available throughout the area. Carefree hiking, biking, picnicking, and fishing abounds, with rental services within 5 blocks in case you forget your toys. There’s a boat launch within one mile
