Glen Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For special rental dates please call or email. All rentals are subject to an 9.0% NH Rental Tax.
- There will be a deposit required to hold the dates requested. The whole rental amount is required before the key is sent out and at that point the deposit turns into a damage/cleaning deposit. You are required to clean the chalet before you leave - all cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. are there. After you leave the chalet I will be notified if there is any damage or it is not clean and, if so, I will contact you about this. When you return the key I will refund the deposit minus any damage amount due that we will already have discussed.
