- Our bathrooms have antique fixtures including a marble sink, nickle plated plumbing, and a water closet, most of which are original to the home. We also have a huge claw foot tub perfect for a good long soak or a shower with a rainmaker shower head. We provide all the towels, however, please bring your own beach towels.

- There are 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, and 4 on the second floor (3 of these have air conditioning units that we install during the hottest months). Yes you could rent closer to the beach but think about this. Many of the beach rentals have ads like this, sleeps ten, two bedroom, 900SF. Those cottages probably have bunk beds and pull out couches. The John B. Gregory House is 4400SF of luxury with six real bedrooms and six real comfortable beds. We supply all of the linens and freshly made beds.
