Once you have finalized your dates and would like to make a reservation we will send a rental agreement. A reservation deposit of $1000 is due upon signing the agreement. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will provide a link to a document with detailed information about the house as well as information about the area including where to buy lift tickets, rent ski equipment, and other useful information about the area.
The rental balance is due within 60 days of arrival. $500 damage deposit due w/in 7 days of arrival by Paypal.
