- We Have no processing or hidden charges!!! Gulf Shores tax is whatever they charge-currently 11%.
- We keep our rates at the lowest so everybody can enjoy the beach. We do not add or tack on costs after the booking ! I will lower rates to get rentals when slow and never are there any hidden charges !!! Rental rates are subject to change with out notice. I did not raise rates this year,,great deal for you at last years rates !!
- $300.00 security deposit required with in 5 days of booking. Balance due when rental is booked. Security deposit is returned once the unit is checked and cleaned upon departure with in 30 days or sooner. No additional booking fees, paperwork fees, parking fees, Internet fees, etc are ever charged with us.I will offer discount for those wanting multiple weeks or for monthly rentals in slower seasons. Shrimp Fest ,Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th and Easter week or weekend is also subject to higher rate. For small pets(off season only) under 12 lbs. completely trained...a non-refundable pet deposit of $200.00 will be charged. This has to be discussed up front for I make notification !!! Payment in full expected 30 days in advance (except Spring thru Summer) and reservation will not be made until $300.00 security deposit is received. We do accept credit cards. All Monthly deposits are $500

- These bedrooms are very roomy and 2 have wonderful and comfortable king size beds. We have 2 Master Bedrooms. One of them has a great view of the beach! Additional queen sleeper sofa in Family Room. All our bedrooms have large walk-in closets and each has it's own bathroom. Premium linens and towels provided. We do not charge extra but always provide for you, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, + cleaning supplies. All of our appliances are brand new ! Kitchen is very well stocked for approx 20++. Full size washer/dryer in unit. I also supply beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. All upscale sheets and towels are provided. All you need to bring is a bunch of beach towels for the family. I also offer a highchair, playpen and booster seat plus additional fold out child's bed (no linens for Graco pack n play or fold out bed).

Covered entrance for loading, fast elevator service, low density building, Beach front pool with covered shade party area, vending machines and covered storage for beach chairs, umbrellas, floats etc. Bring your volleyball net for this is the only beach front that has space for it right next to the pool. Great kid magnet. Only steps to the beach -do not have to hike miles and be exhausted before you get to the shore!!! No parking pass is required - 2 cars per family. This unit is most comfortable with professional decor with upscale furnishings. We stock family games, music, menus, and books for your enjoyment. Over stocked kitchen for 20+ with paper towels,hand soap, dish soap,and toilet paper all provided at no extra cost to you. We offer premium comfortable bedding with premium sheets and premium oversized towels with Ceiling fans !
Gulf Shores is the place to BE !!!: Bring your bikes and ride the trails for miles right in front of our condo. Very safe and not heavy traffic ! There are toooo many restaurants to name but be assured that most seafood is caught fresh daily on the gulf !!! Go visit the new WHARF complex on the Intercoastal with the largest Ferris Wheel in the southeast. Also the Rave Movie theater and Outdoor 10,000 seat Ampitheater with all Famous entertainment. We are famous for Deep Sea fishing, offered year round and Golf is everywhere. We offer some of the best golf courses around. Visit Kiva Dunes, Lost Key(Arnold Palmer),Perdido Bay, Peninsular, Gulf Shores, Craft Farms, Rock Creek, Timber Creek, Glenn Lakes, and the Preserve@Solder Creek. Don't forget the Naval Air Museam in Pensacola and the Battleship Park in Mobile. Take the Ferry ride at Fort Morgan to the aquarium on Dolphin Island. Some of the festivals to do are the famous Shrimp Festival, World Snapper Festival, Mullet Toss@ Flora Bama and the Famous Speed Boat Races.
Don't forget the Famous Gulf Shores Zoo !: And if you like shopping, you must go to Tangier's Outlet Mall off Hwy 59 in Foley. Small convenient store and pizza joint and ice cream parlor are with in walking distance on West Beach Blvd. Big Grocery Stores and Walmart are minutes up Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores. The kids love Waterville water park and The Track amusement park off Hwy 59 also. Adventure Island in Orange Beach is our favorite place to play putt-putt golf and ride the go-carts. We give our kids $10.00 each to play all the machines to win tickets and they spend a good hour and half doing that. Then they take another half hour just to pick out their little prizes. Great family fun !! And everybody loves ice-cream at Dip n Dots !!! Get your hair braided, go home with a henna tattoo (not permanent) or a famous air-brushed T-shirt from Souvenier City, ride the para-sail, ride wave runners, or just relax and tan at the beach. Gulf Shores offers everything for all ages !!!
