- We keep our rates at the lowest so everybody can enjoy the beach. I always price lower than the big rental companies and my cleaning is the best on the beach. You can walk on my floors without your feet turning a gross black color. I do not have old stinky pillows or stinky linens. This is my second home and I am a clean neat freak and I only rent to folks that will take care of my home.
My repeat renters all appreciate it and my renter comments speak for themselves !!! My attention to detail and pickyness only gives you a much better vacation !!!
Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
Spring Break starts Sat to Sat rentals only. This starts our busy season thru Labor Day. I will consider less days if no booking for the requested week.
Rates do not reflect Taxes or Cleaning fees. You can purchase a parking pass on site for $20.00 for your entire stay. - $300.00 security deposit required within 5 days of booking. Balance due when rental is booked. Due to popularity I do not take a second booking ever. You pay for your week as you book it.
Security deposit is returned once the unit is checked and cleaned upon departure with in two weeks or sooner. I will offer discount for those wanting multiple weeks or for monthly rentals in slower seasons. Shrimp Fest ,Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th , Labor, Memorial Day and Easter week or weekend is also subject to higher rate. season only)
All Monthly and Snowbird security deposits are $500.00. We DO supply linens for monthly's and snowbirds !!! Monthly cleaning required for snowbirds and yes we have TWO recliners !! Snowbirds you do not have to bring extra dressers, recliners, (we have TWO) extra pots and pans or anything for the kitchen. Trust me I have it all !! I have really nice chef style all stainless pots and pans !! We also supply beach chairs and tons of sand toys!!

- These bedrooms are very roomy and 2 have wonderful and comfortable king size beds. We have 2 Master Suites with Private Baths.. One of them has a great view of the beach! Additional full sleeper sofa in Family Room. All our bedrooms have large walk-in closets and each has it's own bathroom. Premium linens and towels provided. We do not charge extra but always provide for you, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, + cleaning supplies. All of our appliances are newer! Kitchen is very well stocked for approx 20++. Full Large Capacity size stack washer/dryer in unit. I also supply beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. All upscale sheets and towels are provided. All you need to bring is a bunch of beach towels for the family. I also offer a highchair, pack n playpen, booster seat, stroller plus one additional fold out child's bed (no linens for Graco pack n play or fold out bed).
