Damage Protection: Beginning in 2012, guests have a choice of paying a fully refundable $500 Security Deposit, or paying a non-refundable $49 damage insurance fee. - This wonderful home comes fully furnished with everything you need for a short or long-term rental. Linens and towels are supplied, as well as kitchen utensils, cookware, serverware, and basic pantry needs. Cleaning supplies and laundry soap are also supplied.
