You are looking at a beautiful one bedroom apartment located just couple of steps to the beach. Completely renovated, new kitchen and bathroom and new furniture. First year to be rented since renovated. Great for family of 4. The bedroom has one queen size bed and there is one queen futon in the living room. Children are welcome. Sorry, wheelchair inaccessible. No pets and no smoking. Must be 21 years or older to rent. A lot of fun activities within walking distance. Grocery shopping, tennis courts, golf course and kids park.

The apartment is located only couple of steps away from the beautiful Brigantine beach which has a lifeguard for your safety. If you are the adventurous kind there is something for everyone. Between the jet skiing, surfing, kayaking, pier fishing as well as daily trips on the local boats to the back bay or the open ocean. On the island for your entertainment you will find 'The Links' golf course, Kids playground, Skateboard Park, Tennis courts within walking distance from the apartment. Plenty of good restaurants and some beach bars. You will be 5 min. away from sin city of the East Coast. Atlantic City offers entertainment for every age group. Between the famous boardwalk for strolls by the beach, kids pier with many rides, daily shows and concerts from world famous singers and of course casino gambling.
Famous restaurants like Wolfgang Puck or the Hard Rock Cafe and shopping at 'The Walk' Outlet Stores,'The Pier at Caesars' or 'The Quarter' at Tropicana.
