- The cleaning/security deposit will be immediately mailed back to the renter upon our inspection showing reasonable cleaning, no damage, and return of the key. A $100.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made with 10-days notice and we are able to re-rent the property. During the winter months the deposit will be refunded without regard to the 10-day notice and re-rent if the trail conditions are poor or they are closed.
