This is a beautiful 2400 square foot home with private pool to relax around and sip cool beverages. Fully furnished, family friendly, with all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. Home sits just down the street from wonderful, well respected golf course 'The Duke'. Here you can enjoy a round of golf or sit on the patio of the beautiful new club house and enjoy the spectacular mountain views and breathtaking desert sunsets while enjoying dinner! Maricopa has several restaurants and stores. Just down the street from Harrah's casino. 20 minutes to Chandler Fashion Square Mall. Short drive to other local golf courses, spring training fields, Scottsdale, and many other Phoenix attractions.
