Enjoy all the amenities at the Hilton Head Resort including two outdoor pools, six lighted tennis courts, deli, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, Nautilus gym, indoor jogging trail, laundry facilities, 24-hour gated security and a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, via the boardwalk, or if you prefer take the new eight passenger golf cart shuttle. Once on the beach you will find a private ocean-side cabana serving food and beverages. The Robert Trent Jones and Palmetto Dunes golf courses are just a short trip to the other side of the marsh. Villa Amenities Include: two bedrooms (one queen, two twins), two full baths, sleeper sofa in the living room, air-conditioning, linens (excluding beach towels), fully equipped kitchen (including microwave/dishwasher), local telephone service, cable TV, DVD, VHS & WiFi. Enjoy a view of the lagoon from your private balcony.

Relax on a beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five or six minute walk across the boardwalk to the best and most secluded beach on the island. This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes. There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, on-site convenience store and deli, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, six lighted tennis courts free to guests, laundry facilities on every other floor, and elevators. Plus all of the amenities are free.

Linens and bath towels are included in the unit - we suggest you bring beach towels. A coin operated laundry room is available for guest use, and is located on the same floor as our villa. There is an elevator as well as stair access to the unit which is on the first floor, but it is not 'handicap accessible'.
