Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday Rates of $550/night 3 night min + $135.00 cleaning fee
Holidays are as follows: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Chrismas and New Years
June 1-15 and September 1- October 31 $400/night, $2,800/week (3 night minimum)
June 16-30 $460/night, $3,200/week
July 1-August 31 $4,500/week
November 1-May 31 $350/night (2 night minimum)

All Rates are Plus 6% tax and a refundable security deposit of $500.
Credit card purchases incur a 3% convenience fee.

Main level - King suite with luxury bath, Queen Bedroom with private bath access. 2nd floor - King suite with private bath, 2 Queen bedrooms (one has an extra twin), Bunk Room with private bath (2 double/twin bunks and 1 twin/twin bunk) Both king suites and bunk room have TV's.
