Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for shortened stays. Advance Deposit is refundable 30-days prior to arrival date less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 30-days of arrival. Once an advance deposit has been placed for December, January, February reservation, it will become Non-Refundable, no exception.
