All 3 bedrooms have new mattresses and cable TV. The Master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the ocean, sunrise, and weekend firework displays, while the remaining 2 bedrooms look over the bay side Texas sunsets. The kitchen will meet any cooks needs with its granite counters, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, sink, dishwasher, and disposal. The large private balcony looks over Saida's 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, poolside bar and grill, shuffle board, 4 tennis courts, and the ocean. Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 30-days of arrival. Once an advance deposit has been placed for December, January, February reservation, it will become Non-Refundable, no exception.
