Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- GET and TAT Tax= 13.25% Cleaning fee $350.00 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit $500.00
- GET Tax of 4% and TAT Tax of 9.25% will be added to all nightly rates, as is required by Hawaii State Law.

Will negotiate nightly rates for extended stays - Cancelations 90 days or more before your arrival date will be refunded in full less 25%
Cancelations 90 days or less before your arrival date will be refunded in full less 25% IF the property is able to be rebooked for these dates.
If the property is not able to be rebooked no refund will be issued
Owner may at owners discretion offer a credit towards a future stay if dates are available and rates are similar.
