Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- We require 50% payment of the rent within 7 days of emailing the contract in order to reserve your dates. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. The $100 cleaning fee is payable in cash to the caretaker when you check in.
In lieu of security deposits, our guests may purchase damage protection insurance! Information available on request. Premium only $39 to$59 per stay.
