Santa Barbara Townhome Summary

This beautiful two-story town home has 2 large bedrooms plus a sleeping loft or office for one adult or child and 3 bathrooms with 1400 square feet of living space to stretch out in. The loft has a desk, chair, and Windows PC with high speed wireless Internet. The master suite has a California King size bed + attached bath, a TV with VCR and mountain views. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed + full bath, color TV with VCR and mountain views. We can set-up this room with two twin beds if desired. If you and your family want a quiet stay, you will love the location. It's EXTREMELY quiet at any time of the day or night. The townhouse is located on a block long street that's closed off at one end. It is near the intersections of highway 154 and highway 101 but far enough away that you cannot hear or see the traffic. There is easy access to either 101 north or south bound. Downtown Santa Barbara, our beaches and UCSB are all just 10-minute drives.

The Morning Glories Townhouse has everything you might need for a home away from home with all the kitchen appliances, dishwasher, and microwave. We provide 3 large colored TV's, a DVD player, VCR, stereo and a movie library for adults or children. The bedding, towels, and some toiletries are provided. You just need to bring your personal items and food to enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer. High Speed, Wireless Internet Access is available throughout the house. There are two nearby shopping centers on State Street. They are the 'La Cumbre Plaza' and 'The 5 Points' located only 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car from the townhouse. Each shopping center has large supermarkets, clothing stores, and coffee shops. There are also movie theaters, banks and drug stores located in or near these two shopping malls. Also within the same areas are many fine restaurants serving Italian, American, Chinese, Mexican and Japanese cuisine as well as several fast food places.

Regardless of whether you stay with us or another vacation rental, I wanted to give you some links to entertainment in Santa Barbara so you can see what's going on in our area while you're here.
