Forfeiture of 100% of Rental Deposit with less than 30 days notice. - We did have to raise the rates for the 2008 season. You will find that our rates are still reasonable compared to what else is out there and what you get for your money!

Ocean City Townhome Details
Thank you for renting with us! 2007 was our first summer renting to the public. We had wonderful renters and hope that you will consider us again for 2008. We have already begun taking reservations, so please get your request in early!
Guest Book: Hi Stacey – I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Ocean City. Your townhouse is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. It was close enough to everything, but just far enough away from the beach and boardwalk so that we could get away from the noise and crowd and relax in peace and quiet!
