Location, Location, Location!!!: Our Villa is centrally located Folly Field coastal area. It offers scenic lagoons and a tidal marsh between the ocean beach and villa. There is plenty of shopping nearby, including the mall at Shelter Cove and outlet shopping, plus over 200 restaurants with many specializing in local and international seafood. During summer months, plan to visit HarbourFest every Tuesday from 6 P.M. until 9:30 P.M. across the street at Shelter Cove. HarbourFest features music, food, art & crafts, and fireworks. For recreation on the island, you'll find over 12 miles of white sand beaches, 23 golf courses, including the top rated Trent Jones Golf Course, over 40 miles of biking trails, boating, and fishing among the island's many attractions. And be sure to visit the island's lighthouses and museums when you're out sightseeing.
Awesome Amenities: On-site resort amenities are plentiful! A meticulously groomed, private access to beach and cabana serving drinks, appetizers and great food all await you after a short stroll down the boardwalk. Swim in one of three pools; two outdoor and one indoor. If tennis is your game, choose from six lighted tennis courts. There are also two racquetball courts, an indoor whirlpool, sauna, exercise equipment, indoor jogging track, private sun deck, playground, pool table, game room, and an on-site convenience store and deli with WI-FI access. And for your convenience, our 3rd floor villa is only steps away from one of the complexes four elevators and staircases. The resort is a gated community patrolled by 24 hour security. And a shuttle runs to the beach every hour.
