- Rates are reflective of intended use of property for 6 guests not the number in your party. No policing of premises for guests not paid for. Property is furnished to house 6 guests. It was never intended for the generic double occupancy of a hotel stay. The romantic getaway, or a group too large for a 1 room suite @ the Holiday Inn. Inquiries rec'd for 1-3 people, I assume location, free parking, 2X living space verses a hotel, Baby Grand, the full home set-up is why you are inquiring. Cleaning fee of $25 a day nonrefundable has flexibility for longer stay. A week stay is $1050. Longer stays require prearranged access to unit for a basic clean-up, maintaining unit for your stay & future vacation arrivals.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
50% of total amt is required to book & hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival. Cancellation 31 days to arrival deposit refunded, 30 days or less only cleaning fee & PD Insurance is refunded - Check-in is 4:00PM on your arrival day and check out is 10AM on your departing date. There is flex in the check-in and out times if pre-arranged depending on vacancy surrounding your planned time. A late check-out for Noon would require no additional fee. Noon- 6PM is a set block for late-check-out for a $60 fee and should be arranged 24 hrs in advance if possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate you.
NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED!!!!! Property damage insurance covers any accidental damage to the premises. There is no deductible and covers glass breakage, linens, etc. 3 levels of coverage ranging from $1500 - $5000 damage. The rate is $49, $59, or $69. This is a huge development for traveler and owner making the stay more affordable.
Reservations are prepaid. Payments by credit card or a personal check, processed through PayPal. You will receive a PayPal invoice with billing amounts, property location, additional info in the NOTE box
