The Villa: luxury and charme at family guest house: Up to 9 guests into 4 large well furnished bedrooms, full immersed into the quite of countryside. Large main hall with dining table for formal meals, armchairs and sofa, ample fireplace where to relax in front of digital TV (Sky Cinema included, Playstation 2, DVD, Stereo). PC with internet WiFi. The kitchen room is equiped with best facilities: complete sets of dishes and glasses, dishwasher, large fridge, 5 point gas, electric large woven, microwave, and many kitchen tools Open air pergola, next to the kitchen, furnished with stone table and benches; a second hob, BBQ. Laundry room (washing machine + ironing set)
Annex: a romantic open space up to 3 Guests: The Annex is a small romantic open space, perfect to accomodate up to 3 people in a queen size bed plus a single facing at the fireplace and TV. The main room is separated by a open wall with a arc, dividing the sleeping area by the dining area. The small kitchen room, all open with glass windows looking the flowers garden, has all equipment tools: dishwasher, fridge, 4 point gas, small oven, american coffee machine and much more. Just outside the kitchen a small pergola with table and barbecue to enjoy the quite of outside living. The bathroom is with tub-shower, WC, bidet, washing machine, ironing set. A wardrobe room next to bathroom. It is all surrounded by a nice garden with flower, it is indipendent from the Villa.
You can have adventurous one day journey at few mi: Plenty of brochures and informations about events, restaurants, thermal SPA, tours in the local area are available for turistic excursions. Chiusi town 5 Km (etruscan tombs, underground labirynth, lake, nice restaurants) Montepulciano and Pienza or Montalcino (visit wine cellars and pecorin cheese producers in this charming medioeval towns). San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni di San Filippo for thermal spring baths or SPA. Discover medioeval towns where to enjoy traditional cooking hosteries or summer events like food and wine festivals, concerts (Umbria Jazz, Trasimeno Blues). Travel in Pilgrim’s Way that once lend from Canterbury to Rome in San Quirico d'Orcia, or just have a ride into the curved roads of this famous panoramas. Also: horse trekking near to go in Chiusi Lake, Lamborghini Golf club at 20 min. Other distances by car or train: Orvieto: 40 min.
