This home is “shelf ready” and only takes a signed lease, a set of keys and the place is yours.
There is a spacious master suite -- one with a queen-size bed and the other with a sofa, which is presently being used as an entertainment room. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, separate glass shower and spacious walk-in closet. Bed linens, bath towels, soap and shampoo are included. The kitchen, with granite countertops and cherry wood cabinetry, comes fully equipped with upgraded utensils, cooking ware, and even a short supply of food, water, wine, beer and liquor. Appliance ware includes a Maytag Goldline refrigerator with external icemaker and a laundry room with deluxe washer and dryer. This home comfortably sleeps three to four people.
Enjoy the views from the patio and from the private hot tub overlooking the 10th hole. Anthem Country Club boasts two beautiful desert golf courses. The Persimmon and Ironwood courses are both private, but non-member play is available on a limited basis, as well as gym, pool and other Club uses.
