Well-behaved dogs require an extra fee of $100 each, and an additional security deposit of $500 each, also cheerfully refunded if screens & house are undamaged & intact, and so on. Guests must agree to be responsible for any actual damage beyond the security deposit amount.

- Each bedroom and bath have extra electric baseboard heating, for those chilly rainy days! Be sure to turn off the heat in the daytime, please. All bedrooms have many large windows & 3 have sliding glass doors. All have lots of warm blankets, fluffy pillows, and generous closets. Children's bedrooms have toy storage nearby as well. New central Air Conditioning system installed July 2007.
