Wailea Condo Details
Payment/Cancellation Policy: : To guarantee a reservation, a two night deposit plus a $35 reservation fee is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee : 31 or more days before arrival is $100. There are no refunds within 30 days of arrival. For the Christmas/New Year period: There are no refunds after November 1st. Purchasing travel insurance is recommended. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made by check, traveler's check, money order, cashier's check, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Rates:: All rates are based on U.S. dollars and subject to 11.41666% general excise/transient accommodation tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Additional Person Policy: One bedroom rates are based on two adults {with a maximum of 4 people}; extra person charge is $10/day per person,{Children under 13 years of age are free}.
Christmas/New year: : Ten {10} nights minimum. Full payment is due by November 1st.
