Pets are welcome, but with $150 additional cleaning fee. No rental tax. Rentals run from 4PM Check-in time to 12PM Check-out Time. All rental fees and security deposits must be by -
Refunds: Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation date.

60 Days or More Prior to Arrival -- All Funds (except cancellation fee) Will be Refunded.
31 to 59 Days Prior to Arrival - 1/2 money Refunded.
30 Days or Less -- All Money Forfeited.
