- A deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. This money will be return within three (3) days from your departure date, upon routine inspection. Any damage to the property will be subtracted from your deposit. We must receive, money order or credit card or PAYPAL payment for the deposit on the day of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. The total of the rental must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept Cashier Checks,money order,PAYPAL.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. Cancellations: Only within 30 days from initial booking are entitled to refunds - *Check in Time: 3:00 PM - Check Out Time 11:00 AM
*Loosing the facilities electronic key (gym, pool and jacuzzi) will result in the charged of ONE hundred (100) dollars fee.
