This beautiful beach front 1st floor duplex has it all, especially a breath-taking full view of the ocean from inside the house. The photos speak for themselves. The house sits up over the dunes. Beware...many first floor beachfronts in Ocean City sit at ground level so the dunes block the ocean view! 2 Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the ocean view deck where the ocean pic was taken and you can hear the ocean waves constantly hitting the beach!!! Private pkg for 4 cars under car port. Nicely furnished with 3 TVs, 3 VCRs, DVD and all the comforts of home incl. Internet access. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a deck on Central Ave. Sleeps 8 plus 2 on queen sofa bed. You can also surf fish and ocean kayak right in front of the house any time of the day! Just 5 blocks away find a super huge playground that offers everything...swings, go-rounds, basketball court and even an enclosed hockey rink. Only pets under 15lbs allowed $100 extra. No Weekend rentals.

Other Ocean City Features: Ocean City New Jersey has one of the best boardwalks on the East Coast. My home is located in the Southend and the boardwalk is located in the the Northend of Ocean City...about a 5-10 minute drive away. The Southend of Ocean City is considered the quiet end because of this reason. One more thing...Ocean City is a 'dry' town...no bars...which keeps Ocean City a great family town. Only drive 10 to15 minutes either direction to another town for bars.

Winter Rental Available 10/6/14/07 - 5/17/08: The winter rental must be rented for these specific consecutive months and the rate is $1550 per month plus utilities.
