Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Add 200 cleaning fee to all rentals.
- 500 refundable security deposit required . We do not accept credit cards .
Security deposit is refunded 30 days following your check out
There is a 200 cleaning fee and 9% transient tax required on all rentals - High Season April 1 through October 31st
5500 per week, or 1200 per night, plus 9% tax, two night minimum
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are at the High Season Rate
Preferred Weekly Rentals, Apr Oct Nightly rentals at 1200 per night available only if Estate is not rented 60 days prior to your arrival Apr 1 Nov 1.
Low Season November 1 through March 31st
3990 per week or 695 per night weekdays
995 per weekend night Friday and Saturday
NO 1 WEEK MINIMUM DURING NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB, and MAR!!
***********Two Night Minimum Year Round, and Apr 1-Nov 1 has a 1 Week minimum unless it is Less than 60 days prior to your arrival******
*Pool is Open Year Round, but only Heated May 1-Oct 1 (Solar heating unit MUST be disconnected in the winter) Heated Jacuzzi Open Year Round.
Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday only during high season, apr 1-nov 1.
