Beach House Description: Emerald Views is a beautifully decorated 2200-square-foot beach house with an open floor plan and enough room to sleep 10-12. This inviting beach cottage has three spacious bedrooms, each with a private covered porch, and three full bathrooms. The first floor features a spacious great room, dining room, and kitchen with hardwood floors. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large center island and stainless steel appliances. Also located on the ground floor are a guest bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Use the queen size sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping space.
The second floor features a huge master suite with king-size bed, large bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, walk-in closet, and a second guest bedroom with queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. The third floor tower room is sunny and relaxing... a great place to curl up and read a book, watch a movie, have a cup of coffee or a cocktail on the balcony overlooking the community of Seacrest Beach, or just use as additional sleeping space. At Emerald Views there is plenty of common space to spend time with friends and family, or you may choose to relax on the large front or side porches, or enjoy the privacy of the covered porches off each of the bedrooms and the tower room.
Area Activities: Outdoor activities are endless. Adults and kids will have a blast in the 12,000-square-foot community lagoon-style pool with waterfalls and lush tropical landscaping, just a two minute walk from the house. You can hop onto the FREE shuttle which will take you to the community's private beach access. Or take a short stroll down the palm tree-lined walkway to the white, sandy shores and emerald-green waters of Seacrest Beach. Enjoy shopping and dining in picturesque Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, all within walking distance. For the golfers in your group, the new Camp Creek Golf Course is located about a mile away. You can also rent a bicycle and enjoy the natural beauty of this area.
