Low season rates are 120 euros per night 1-4 people, 749 euros per week, 160 euros per night 5-6 people, 949 euros per week.
Mid Season rates are for 1-4 people: 140 euros per night, 849 euros per week; 5-6 people: 160 euros per night, 949 euros per week.
High Season rates are for 1-4 people: 150 euros per night, 899 euros per week; 5-6 people: 180 euros per night, 999 euros per week. - Seasons:
Low Season is January 1st to Easter and November to Christmas.
Mid Season from after Easter to end of June and from September 1st to October 31st
High Season is July and August, the Mobile World Congress in February, Formula 1 Grand Prix, other major sporting and conference events, certain bank holidays.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
Payment is: 50% with the booking by credit card or bank transfer, the rest on arrival in cash.
BOOKING CONDITIONS/EXCEPTIONS:
Please note that we do not accept all male or all female groups.
Nor do we accept bookings from under 30s.
No pets of any kind are allowed.
By Spanish law you may not smoke in the apartment. - INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Prices include cleaning, laundry, provision of sheets and towels, tax (18% VAT where applicable) electricity, gas and water.
Please also note that the Catalan government may apply a tourist tax of one euro per person per night this year.
We do not yet know how this will work but it is included in the above rates.
EXTRA FEES:
There is an obligatory extra 20 euro charge for being met at the apartment after 10pm, this rises to 30 euros after 11pm and after midnight to 50 euros.
