An advanced payment equal to 100% of the total rental rate is required sixty (60) days prior to arrival, unless an installment plan has been agreed upon by Agent and renter.
Within the sixty (60) day reservation period, payment in full is required. Certificate checks, money orders, and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
