Lancaster House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fall Special: Stay 5 nights or more and receive a rate of $350 a night
- Contact owner for rates and availability. Rates reflect Adamstown Vacation Home. $525 night for 12 people. Children free.
Our vacation rentals, cabin and cottages cancellation policy is 60 days (90 days for holiday and special events). Refunds are honored less a $100.00 cancellation processing fee for the vacation home, if we are able to re-rent your accommodation for the entire reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit. Cancellation within 14 days (30 days for holiday and special events) will be charged the entire amount of the reservation if we are unable to re-rent the accommodation. No shows and premature check-outs will also be charged the entire amount of the reservation. - All specials excludes certain weeks & rates are subject to changes. Specials and discounted rates excludes holidays and special events weekends.

Summer Special: Stay 7/6/5 nights or more for $350 a night - Stay 4/3 nights for $400 a night. (3 night rate excludes weekends)
Summer & Fall Weekend Special: Stay 3 nights and receive 33% off your third night.
Fall Special Rates: Stay 7/6/5 nights or more for $350 a night - Stay 4/3 nights for $400 a night. (3 night rate excludes weekends)
