Prices quoted above are for standard occupancy (4). Additional guests (over 4) are charged at $20 per night, per guest or $100 per week, per guest.
The home may be reserved with $100 deposit (1/3 of security deposit). The reservation is not secured until receipt of the deposit.
All charges for a weekly rental are due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
30 day cancellation notice required for return of reservation deposit.
Stays longer than 10 nights require 50% payment of rent & tax 60 days prior to arrival...the balance plus remainder of security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
No refunds for early departures.
$300 security deposit required.
Payments are invoiced through PayPal. - Please check the availability calendar before sending an inquiry. It is current.
