  • Standard occupancy is for up to 4 guests.
    Additional guests (over 4) are charged at $20 per night, per guest or $100 per week, per guest.

    The home may be reserved with $100 deposit. This deposit converts to 1/3 of security deposit with full payment.

    Agreement to the Policy is required prior to accepting a reservation.

    For reservations of less than 10 nights:
    The total rent + taxes plus $200 balance of security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
    30+ day cancellation notice required for return of $100 reservation deposit. (fees may apply)

    For reservations of 10 or more nights;
    The first payment of 1/2 the rent + taxes is due 60 days prior to arrival. The second 1/2 (rent + tax + $200 balance of security deposit) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
    60+ day cancellation notice required for return of $100 reservation deposit. (fees may apply)

    Rentals of 30 consecutive nights or more are not subject to sales tax.
  • If a reservation is accepted for less than the minimum stay requirement, a higher nightly rate will apply.

    No refunds for early departures or “Acts of Nature”
    Refunds for a cancelation after the payment deadlines are dependent upon the home receiving a new reservation for an equivalent amount.
    Consider purchasing Travel Insurance.
    Full refund of the $300 sec deposit when “Policy” has been adhered to and “check-out” procedures carefully followed.

Notes: The house is 1/2 block from bus line (#10) that goes to Convention Center, Botanic Gardens, Art Museum, The Capitol, The MInt, The Molly Brown House, 6 Flags/Elitch Gardens ,and downtown. The neighborhood park, tennis courts and swimming pool (summers only) is about 6 blocks away. Close to National Jewish Hospital. Due to environmental concerns the City of Denver has severe restrictions on wood burning so the fireplace is for aesthetics only and not to be used.
