Has Free WI-FI, leather sectional, tons of upgrades including granite in kitchen and bathrooms, curved shower rods and oversized tubs including one jacuzzi tub, flat panel TVs in every room plus two DVD players! I-pod player (I-Home) in kitchen, stereo with CD and MP3 capability in main room. Floor-to-ceiling glass across entire unit, 30-ft wide balcony overlooking beach. Lagoon views from both bedrooms. Sit in the balcony Adirondacks and have your coffee, your wine, and surf the web as well, if you like! Bring only your beach chairs, beach towels and personal grooming items (and a laptop for the wi-fi!). All linens are 400-thread count. Kitchen is completely outfitted. Stacked laundry in hallway closet in unit. Nearby, you will find golf, tennis, a zoo, amusement and water parks, fishing, & all the fresh seafood you can eat

On the coast, 10 Miles to the Alabama/Florida border - water EVERYWHERE including the Gulf across the street, 8-mile long lagoon behind the unit (views from bedrooms and front door), state park with multiple lake system a few miles down, intercoastal waterway, etc. Drop down due south from 20 miles east of Mobile, AL off of I-10. Hwy 59 takes you all the way to the Gulf, then we are 2.5 miles to west of Hwy. 59 on the water.

Beach Details: Bring your own beach chair, beach towel, umbrella, cooler, and plenty of sunscreen! Water is calmest in the mornings, but hardly ever over 3-foot waves unless there is a storm or high winds - perfect for some boogie boarding, skimming, or body surfing. We provide a beach cart in the hallway closet to roll your things down to the beach. Load up your things and roll the cart on down the beach! From our balcony, you can see pods of dolphins in the early mornings. The sand is perfect for sand castles complete with moats! Bring a flashlight and hunt for sand crabs after dark! The pass just a few blocks west from the condo provides moving water for some active fishing! Please protect the fledgling dunes (damaged after Hurricane Ivan) and go to the beach access a little to the left of condo complex. It has a boardwalk, port-a-potty, trashcans, and freshwater shower, etc
