This beautiful home is located in Garden City. It is very close to the Garden City Pier, and all the other attractions along the Grand Strand. This house is decked out with furnishing and everything you need for a worry free vacation. A short walk to the beach or just enjoy the private pool. Located on a nice lot; fenced in back yard and nice covered area for BBQing. House has 3 decks; two overlooking the front street (Vista Dr.) and one on the back side of the house overlooking the pool. Inside you have 5 bedrooms (1 king, 4 double, 1 single, and a sleeper sofa that is a queen). There are televisions in all bedrooms and one in the living area. There are also DVD players with all TV's. Give this brand new home a try for your next vacation and enjoy the Grand Strand and all it has to offer.
