Seagrove Beach House Summary
Enjoy your stay at 'Five O'Clock Somewhere' a quite beach retreat. Our house is located on a double lot on San Juan Avenue in the small private community of Seagrove Beach. The upstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bunk room, full kitchen, dining room, family room, enclosed sun porch with futon, covered deck with propane BBQ grill. Downstairs enjoy another brand new full kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and another den. All guests get free use of the four seater golf cart to transport themselves to the San Juan Beach Access, a short three minute 'drive' from the house which eliminates getting your personal car sandy. When the kids are tired of the beach, let them enjoy swimming in the new private pool. The house is the last on a cul-de-sac so the kids can ride their bikes in the street with no fear of traffic.

You will be one mile of the brand new Publix supermarket in Watercolor Crossing. Take the cart or ride your bike to nearby Seaside. The succulent and gourmet 'Cafe Thirty A' restaurant is within half mile where you can enjoy casual white tablecloth cuisine.
