Wildwood Crest Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200.00 security deposit required (refunded after stay).
- Cancellation policy: All reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival and must be received in the form of a written letter or fax. All canceled reservations are subject to a 25% service charge. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival there is a forfeiture of the rental fee. NO REFUNDS for early departures. No exceptions.
- Rental rates apply to advance reservations only and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge is required in order to confirm the reservation. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders.
